6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Invoicing

Fees for our laboratory services will be specified in the applicable service agreement or statement of work. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable service agreement. Generally, we require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion of services or according to an agreed payment schedule.

6.3 Late Payments

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not received according to the agreed terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Website Use

Our website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

9.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our website and services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms where such failure is a result of acts of nature, fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, terrorism, government action, civil unrest, strikes, labor problems, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
